How to order

Make your purchases from Agora – quickly, easily and safely.

Selection of items 

Browse through the different categories of Agora’s items and click on those you choose.

You may also use the “Search” icon to look for an item.

For a detailed description of an item, click on the “Learn more” icon. All prices are in Euros, VAT inclusive.


When you find the item you wish to buy, select one of the options under the price (where required) and then click on “Add to basket” in order to have the item placed in your basket.

At this point you first need to type in your email address and password and then click on “Sign in”.

In case you have forgotten your password, click on "Forgot password", and type in your email address. You will receive an email with your password.

If you are a new user, click on “Register now” in order to fill in your details in the required fields and confirm that you have read the “Terms and Conditions”. You will receive an email with a relevant message approving your registration. Once you “Register”, you may proceed to the items you have selected and already added to your basket.

Keep browsing through AGORA for more products you may be interested in. Once you add an item to your basket, click on “Continue Shopping” to add more items. You may at any time view the items in your basket by clicking on your “Basket”.

You may change the quantity of items or remove an item by clicking on “Edit/Remove” next to the item in question. This will allow you to see how the total amount to pay changes.

Place your order

Click on “Proceed with Checkout” to place your order.

Select Billing and Shipping Method

The available Shipping Methods as well as the amount to pay depend on the selected shipping country and the total weight of your order.

Account Details 

At this stage you are asked to confirm your account details. If you have not made any changes, then click on the “Checkout” icon.

The “Shipping Address” determines where you wish that your order be sent. You may change your “Shipping Address” on this screen.

Order completed 

This is the last stage in your order where you may check all selected items and the final cost, including shipping fees and VAT. Should you wish to make any changes to your address or order, you may click on the corresponding icon. You may also print your order by clicking on “Print”. 

To complete your order, click on “Checkout” and fill in your credit card number, expiry date and CVV2. Then click on “Submit”. These details are protected through our system. At this point this message will appear on your screen: “Transaction Number XXXXXXXXXXX is now being processed. To check the status of your order, click on “My account”.

Transaction Processed/Cancelled

Once your order has been processed/ cancelled you will receive a relevant message in the email address you had supplied during registration.
