18 November - 18 November 2021

Soprano Mariza Anastasiades and pianist Ζbynek Maruska unfurl the thread of time through an alternative soundscape performed live in the premises of the Museum. Their performance includes eighteen emblematic songs and tunes of the Greek people, processed into erudite music. The songs relay events and promote historical figures of 1821 while evincing the soul and undying ideals of the Greeks: faith and love for the homeland, self-sacrifice, gallantry and freedom.
